The Grove

The location in the middle of Seven Mile Beach is excellent and the units are new and well equipped, including full kitchen with laundry. We were just steps from a beautiful, quiet part of the beach. There are good restaurants in the complex The Grove is part of, and several more within easy walking distance. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the moment they dropped us off there Christian and his staff went out of their way to give us advice and make bookings for us and arrange transportation when necessary. Excellent value.

This is not a hotel property; rather you communicate with a property manager by text/phone. The property manager was quick to respond and assist us with the air conditioning and TV. The overall facility is very nice. There is a convenience store and restaurants on site. The location of the property (across the street) to Seven Mile Beach is great. There was no housekeeping offered to us during our stay and we used the same towels and sheets all week. It would have been nice to have cleaning and fresh linens. The kitchen is sparsely equipped such that you need to run the dishwasher daily so as to have dishes for the next breakfast.

This my first time writing an internet review, seriously, because this place and the owner were absolutely perfect. Nestled between two Kimpton and Westin is this quiet and more affordable option. It was a little mysterious on the listing, I wasn't sure if there was some hidden prpblem, and almost considered a low to mid tier resort, not as close to seven mile beach, we almost missed this gem! The onsite amenities are really fabulous, if I had known more about them I'd have been quicker to book: a bakery, a steakhouse, a small grocery store, a healthy restaurant, a high end gym, small pools with outdoor grills and many other things including restaurants and bars literally downstairs. All that, but not noisy, a quiet piece of beach, and chill local vibe. If you're thinking Grand Cayman, seven mile beach is where you want to be. We were so lucky to find this place, and Christian picked us up at the airport and even gave us a ride to a local event. Never experienced this type of customer service, but also lived like a local in an apartment setting. Super safe and luxurious. My advice, book this place now at a very good value, because in a couple years the word will be out. We would give the management and property the highest recommendation possible.

My wife and I just returned from a Christmas/New Years 24/25 stay at The Grove in a 1 bedroom. The location and ammenities and closeness to fantastic restaurants and services are unbeatable. The very short walk across the street to what I describe as my best beach experience of my life is amazing. The public beach on 7 mile directly across from the Grove is a wide, white sanded, crystal clear ocean experience. With a short walk just up the beach there is a nice beachfront restaurant for food and drink. The drink and food options inside the Grove are also fantastic. Door No. 4 for drinks and Island Naturals for delicious breakfast thru dinner options. From what we see The Grove Too will be even nicer with a rooftop pool. Christian and his hospitality team provided us unmatched service and attention. If you get a chance to stay there, you should definitely take advantage!

Honestly, other than the fact that I wished we stayed longer, it is hard to come up with what there isn't to like. Maybe that the swimming pools at The Grove are not very big, however from the looks of The Grove Too, that problem is more than solved with an incredible rooftop pool with a view.

Such a wonderful time! An excellent modern and spacious apartment with all the amenities. Breakfast spots, restaurants, bar and grocery shop in the immediate vicinity. A luxury service with Christian picking me up and dropping me off at the airport, and he helped with driving me to other locations. A two-minute walk to the most beautiful beach (with easy beach access). I will definitely be back and missing it already. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
