Posizione centrale, mi hanno cambiato l'appartamento con uno migliore molto più grande. Flessibilità sull'orario del check out

Scarsa disponibilità da parte del personale del ristorante annesso. Bagno pulitissimo ma andrebbe mantenuto più efficiente (doccino che non stava in sede, box doccia dal quale usciva acqua a terra)...

Annette was helpful. Tried her very best.

At first I stayed at the apartment, later shifted to the hotel. At the apartment , there is no cleaning service ( room grooming ) , they only do it and check in and check out. The entrance to the apartments is stairs. Full of dust. The apartment it self was acceptable , I would stay if something’s have changed. TV is not working , just decoration. The AC is very bad and no WiFi although I have confirmed this with them before traveling. When I moved to the hotel , there is an elevator , cleaning services , buffet is ok , WiFi is fine , no TV , it is also a decoration , you can not connect or mirror it . No AC ! aC is very bad room temp. Was 25 c. That I had to open the window most of the time. Also restaurant open only during weekends and specific time . Like from 6 pm to 8 pm only ! There is better hotels in the area that are same price or less .
