City Park Apartman

Excellent stay in every respect: great communication with hosts (it was also possible for us to check in a bit early), spotlessly clean apartment with thoughtful details and all the amenities. Decent kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa. Spacious. Secure. Air-con in both rooms. The hightlight is the balcony from which you can get a sense of neighbourhood life and spend hours.. Supermarket 2 mins away. The apartment is an interesting half-hour tram ride direct to the centre/Danube.

Washing machine, but nothing to hang wet clothes on.

The apartment is comfortable, the keys were in the box, there is free parking near the house, an elevator, a supermarket nearby. In the kitchen there are refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, capsule coffee maker, capsules, tea, vegetable oil, 3 pots, 2 frying pans, dishes. Very hospitable owner, promptly answers questions. And thank you for chocolate!

There is a smell of sewage in the toilet, and this is the trouble with Budapest (worn-out housing stock). It would be good to add a corkscrew and potholders in the kitchen, and a shower curtain in the bathroom.

The accommodation is excellent, in a good location in a quiet area, there is a parking lot in front of the building. The instructions for arriving and entering the building were on time. We will definitely visit again.

The apartment is new in safe and peaceful location. I liked the design, style and comfortable bed. I would book this place again next time when visiting Budapest again.

Nice, comfy apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms, the living room was transformed into a second bedroom, but you enter each room via a small corridor, so you don't have to pass from one bedroom to another, which is perfect in case of a group of friends, as you have privacy. Location not close to the city center, but a tram station is very close to the building. Apartment was clean, nice and cozy, the host left us a variety of capsules for the coffee machine, which was really appreciated. Good communication with the host and clear instructions received for self checking. I highly recommend.

In the apartment you have everything that you need for your stay. It is very comfortable and clean. Stuff are very kind and helpful. Apartment is away from the city centre, but you have a direct tram line to the coty centre near the apartment (2 minutes walk).
