Palm Homestay Kuta

Very good and affordable accommodation option for Kuta! We had a big and comfy bed and a fairly clean room. Water pressure was a bit low. People were friendly, and they helped to organize a scooter for us. Also, some monkeys in that area.

The owner was so good for waiting for me and greet me upon my arrival at 9ish at night. It's near with all the place of attractions in Kuta.

For the cheap price, so far I have no complain.

The double room was fairly clean. Breakfast was a lovely banana pancake and tea. Rented a motorbike from the owner was smooth. Location wasn’t too bad, slightly remote from the city center. It was calm and quiet.

Just the shower was broken, and splashing everywhere.

The most friendly staff you can imagine, always very helpful and kind! Excellent cleaning. Staff asks every day if I want to clean or change the sheets. The room is very comfortable and the mattress is superb, really high quality. Coffee, tea, and drinking water are available 24/7 for free. Strong wifi. Everything was perfect. BTW the negative feedback this homestay received today is all FALSE! The guest who gave the negative feedback was very annoying. He played laud movies at 2 AM. He rented a scooter from the Palm Homestay, crashed it, and didn't pay! Then he gave a false rating of Booking full of lies. I was here to witness.

Service and how the staff treat you because you are tourist. Didn't want to clean my room the whole week I was there. Had to ask 3 times for clean bed sheets and put them on myself. No sound proofing in rooms. And many other things.

The Palm Homestay is a nice and quiet place just out of town. The hosts are brothers and sjsters and are very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet. There are many small farms nearby. They offer a laundry service and can rent scooters for an affordable price. For breakfast, they offered local style banana pancakes.

Since this is outside of town, it is important to make sure your food is not left outside. We left some fruit outside which was taken by some monkeys.

Very nice and calm Homestay. Friendly and helpful people there, it’s perfect for the price. Every morning free coffee and banana pancake :)
