The common areas are very dirty and the pool area is unacceptable.

Great staff that does their best. Quiet room on last floor with great view to the beach and Dardanelles strait. Good breakfast sometimes overcrowded. Close to free and paid parts of the Hamzakoy beach. Free part is always overcrowded and the paid part - after 14:00. Moderate wind is perfect because it lowers the heat and the sea is clean. Strong wind brings many garbage to the beach. Close to great restaurants and cafes nearby. Private parking if you have own/rent car. Coast park alley up far to the town marina - great for walking.

Only one member of the staff for whole floor - rooms were cleaned with delay. Relatively far from the town centre.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms with view of the beach, ocean and passing by ships was splendid.

Maybe a bit away frm Gelibolu city centre but that gives the peace and quiet for those who prefer a quiet holiday away from crowd.

Breakfast service was slow, with the same options each morning for breakfast, and for example no cups, knives, available or food replenishments, on time and having to ask staff for these. The biggest problem was not enough English speaking staff making every step in communication difficult. Most staff were friendly.
