Замечательный хозяин, такой человек при первом посещении Душанбе просто необходим. При необходимости давал любые рекомендации, советы, очень гостеприимно принял. Готовил завтрак каждое утро.

Находится в отдалении от центра. Тем не менее, такси стоит дёшево, и можно добраться в любую точку без проблем.

The staff is the best. You will enjoy your stay and feel welcome. They are also very helpful and understanding in different situations

Я останавливалась на одну ночь, транзитом. По дороге из/в аэропорт удалось увидеть центр города. Очень понравился хозяин, доброжелательный, отзывчивый, дал много информации о стране и маршрутах. Меня угостили прекрасным ужином, завтрак тоже был очень вкусным , хозяин вызвал такси на назначенное время. Есть место для чаепития, холодильник на каждом этаже ,везде ковры, чувствуется национальный колорит. Мне очень понравилось.

층마다 전자렌지있고, 냉장고도 있고, 조용하고 공동욕실이지만 꺠끗하게 정리되어있어 만족스럽게 묵었습니다. 추가비용으로 저녁을 먹을 수 있는데 시간이 없어서 못먹었어요. 전통식으로 나오는 것 같았는데 무척 좋아보였어요.

Erkin and his family were very helpful throughout my stay! He helped call me taxis (and even paid for them on my behalf when I struggled to find working ATMs), and found a way to print my visa. For those who stay longer, he helps with registration. Breakfasts were fantastic, and he also offers dinner for 10 Somoni. While the property is slightly away from the city center, it’s only a 15min ride and 2-3$ taxi ride. However, the immediate area around the hotel has numerous supermarkets, a SIM store 2min walk away, and restaurants/non bread sellers. Bathrooms were cleaned daily, and there are 3 rooms per bathroom. Rooms have AC that function well, and multiple power outlets. I recommend and would definitely stay again when back in Dushanbe.

Super helpful and friendly owner. He helped us with so many things and made us feel at home. Comfortable beds and great place to stay! An inexpensive taxi ride to centre of town (about 25 Tajik Somoni)

Wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
