Duplex Apartment near Belém

Personale molto gentile, al primo problema che abbiamo riscontrato (con l’acqua calda in questo caso) hanno subito sistemato il problema. Molto consigliato sia come prezzo e se volete andare in centro l’uber è veramente economico

En realidad nada era destacable.

El acceso al apartamento era una rampa empinada de adoquines en mal estado, inviable para personas con dificultad de movilidad. La ducha de uno de los baños no tragaba agua y se inundaba el baño llegando hasta el dormitorio. El termo solo da para ducharse dos o tres personas. Aunque pone zona de Belem, está en una calle un poco rara. En resumen, caro para lo que ofrece y el estado de las instalaciones. Nos quejamos y respondieron rápido con que iría alguien de mantenimiento, pero no queríamos que entrara nadie mientras estábamos fuera. Esos problemas ya habrían sido informados con anterioridad y deberían haber sido arreglados antes de ofrecer de nuevo el apartamento. Por último las camas son duras, colchones muy finos, no son cómodos. Sin armario ni barras para colgar nada. Las fotos dan otra sensación del lugar que no corresponde con la realidad.

Não havia lençóis para o sofá-cama, não havia toalhas de banho para os 6 hóspedes, e pedimos check out ao meio dia, que foi confirmado pelo alojamento, mas mesmo assim bateram-nos à porta às 11h a dizer que era a hora do nosso check out.

Really nice, well maintain. Complete kitchen, outdoor space, washing machine. Big space with 2 bedroom with their own bathroom .nice and soft beds, clean towels. They came 1 day to clean everything. Good comunication with the hosts. 20 min walk of the conference venues, far away from restaurants , there is a bar nearby, and the universirty faculties, no much more. 30 min walk to the jardín botánico, and the monasterio. But around 30 min by car from to the city center. Really relax área, some zones a little rundown You can leave your luggage , far away in some other locations, needs car, taxi or Uber to arrive. But they are really nice and helping.

Far away from the city center, but only 5 euros in Uber from.the Conference venue, nearby buses, around 2 euros trip. No broom, but they bring It Next day, showers a little cloged, It is new, but needs a little mantenaince, maybe the outdoor zone should be improved.

Die ausreichenden 2 Bäder + Toilette, die Größe der Räume, vor allem im EG. Der Sofabereich war ansprechend. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher.

Die Adresse war sehr herausfordernd zu finden, vor allem da man nirgens anhalten konnte. Es gab keine freie Parkmöglichkeit. Wir parkten außerhalb, liefen hin und fanden (im Dunkeln) die Hausnummer 227 erst nach sehr langem Suchen. Kein Hinweis, dass sie genau unterhalb der 223 liegt. Der Code zum Gelände war vorhanden, für die Wohnung mussten wir anrufen, was aber gleich funktionierte. Das Areal (3 Wohneinheiten) ist unterhalb zwischen zwei Straßen eingekesselt. Das Außengelände häßlich, ungepflegt, hätte eigentlich Potential zur Nutzung. Die Wohnung selbst war ok aber nur grob geputzt,es roch nach Desinfektionsmittel. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, dünne weiche Matrazen, man spürte bei jede Bewegung den Lattenrost und sie knarrten furchtbar. Der versprochende freie Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden, man musste mühsam an der engen Einbahnstraße einen Parkplatz finden. Einzuparken ist nichts für ungeübte oder großem Wagen.

The size of the apartment is good. Both rooms have its own bathroom. It has soap, gel and shampoo on the bathrooms, and the water is pretty hot. The internet works fine.

I saw cockroachs on the premisses (at the patio and also inside the house). There is a TV, but only on the living room.
