Luxury Short Stay Apartment

Es hat uns leider gar nichts gefallen. Ich würde von der Wohnung dringend abraten.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, insbesondere die Küche war verdreckt (Kühlschrank, Backoffen…). Es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch im Flur und im Wohnzimmer, auch das Wasser aus der Leitung stank komisch. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung war defekt und die Fenster liessen sich nicht wirklich öffnen (nur ein schmaler Spalt bei jeweils 2 Fensterteilen in der gesamten Wohnung). Somit war in der Wohnung extrem heiß und stickig, für uns war es unmöglich zu schlafen. Das angebliche Schlafsofa ist stark durchgelegen, so dass unsere Kinder (12 Jahre alt, beide schmal und zierlich) darauf nicht schlafen konnten. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hatte nur eine Decke und war für 2 Erwachsene recht schmal und unbequem. Der Kühlschrank war verstopft und voller Wasser (wir mussten bei unserer Ankunft das Wasser ausschaufeln, es stand in unteren Fächern ca. 2 cm hoch). Die Spülmaschine war defekt (das Wasser wurde nicht abgepumpt und das Geschirr blieb im dreckigen Wasser und musste daher von Hand gespült werden. Es gab nur 3 flachen Teller und sehr wenig Besteck), es gab keine Geschirrtücher. Wir haben ein paar Male versucht den Vermieter zu kontaktieren, aber ES KAM GAR KEINE REAKTION VON DEM VERMIETER, wir wurden alleingelassen. Dabei hat der Vermieter vor unserer Ankunft gemeldet und den Schlüsselcode für das Schließfach mitgeteilt, danach war Stille.

La ubicación es excepcional, a 40 minutos del centro.Esta bien si solo piensas ir a cenar y dormir.

Yo mejoraría cosas del apartamento que realmente no tiene mucho coste pero que son importantes. Fata menaje,tijeras,un buen cuchillo y mas sartenes,puesto que con una sarten es insuficiente. También pondría un ventilador, pues hace muchísima calor puesto que las ventanas son muy muy pequeñas. La limpieza,para mi gusto insuficiente. Y el sofá,realmente debe ser sustituido,no sirve para dormir.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. There were four adults using the apartment and it was plenty big enough. We stayed at the apartment as we were going to watch rugby at the Allianz stadium and it was an easy 40 minute walk.

The air conditioning wasn't working and it was a hot weekend, which meant that we had to have the windows open. This meant that we didn't get much sleep as it is a noisy area (I think if there had been fans and not had to have the windows open, that would have helped considerably).

The apartment was bright ,spacious, clean and close to Heathrow airport. Mattress and pillows were comfortable It’s located close to city center where one can shop for food, clothing etc. There are mini markets and food courts nearby . Aldii, lidol and Asda markets also B&m are all within walking distance . The train station and buses are nearby making it very easy to get around. There is a kitchenette and a washing machine which can be useful if needed. The building is quiet the only noise is from the vehicles passing by. I’ll definitely stay there again and also recommend.

It would be better if it was soundproof but it was okay.

It was in a convenient location and easy access. Definitely not “luxurious” but value for the price.

The flat was not clean at the time of our check in which the owner told us shortly before check-in time. We gave them an additional hour however since it still wasn’t cleaned one hour later we were forced to check into a dirty place with little children. The owner advised us to leave our belongings there and step out and leave the key so they could come clean the place. A whole 3 hours later after check-in time the place was finally cleaned however some of our belongings (facewash and water bottle) were thrown away in the cleaning process without consulting us. The owner promised us we would be compensated for the inconvenience caused and the time wasted however since checking out of the place (it’s been nearly 2 weeks) the owner has failed to engage and provide a solution/compensation.

The apartment has potential to be good. It is up to the owner to improve it.

First of all the owner should take LUXURY from the title. It is Basic at most. The apartment has no air-conditioning. The cleaner said it was a building problem . The apartment faces West and can get really hot in Summer months. Thankfully, The cleaner brought to me a portable fan. There is no basic products like Tea towel, Kitchen wipes, soap in the bathroom. What was in the apartment was for the cleaner's use. Nothing new for guests. Would be a good touch to have soap in the bathroom new kitchen cleaning stuff couple of sachets of coffee and milk for the first morning

The apartment was spacious, close to shopping and the tube station.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The oven had old spilt food crusted onto the bottom of the oven. The microwave/griller had food splatter on the top around the element. The fridge had a pool of water in the base of it. The sofa bed mattress protector had not been changed. There were to tea towels to dry dishes with. I phoned the property manager and sent him photos of the above but he didn’t address any of these issues.

It is spacious, mostly clean, nice plates and cups, good WiFi, walkable from the tube and close to the shops, the area is safe. As long as you bring ear plugs you should ve fine sleeping

It doesn't scream luxury at all. There was not even a bar of soap to wash my hands, let alone shower gel or shampoo. No coffee machine, tea, cooking oil, washing powder or even a tea towel. The window blinds are dirty. The bed runner had someones hair on it. The street below is very noisy but the bedroom window doesn't fully shut
