The location was great, close to everything you might need, with Stop & Shop right across the street, which was very convenient. Check-in was very easy and smooth. The keypad system worked well; I was able to simply enter the PIN code provided and access the house without any issues. Parking was also very convenient, as we were able to park directly in the driveway without any problems. The house itself was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. There were also plenty of towels provided. All of the rooms were very spacious, including the kitchen, which had a large table and plenty of room to move around comfortably. Each room had a smart TV and ceiling fan, which added to the overall comfort. The house in general smelled fresh and well-maintained. There was also plenty of lighting in the bedrooms, which was great overall. Overall, there were several aspects of the stay that were convenient and enjoyable.

The beds (mattresses) were very uncomfortable, extremely soft to the point of sinking in, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Even though we stayed in April, the second floor was already very hot. This raises concerns about how uncomfortable it would be during the summer months. The window air conditioners were also very loud and didn’t seem sufficient to properly cool the space, which made it even harder to rest. It would also make a big difference if the bed sheets were cotton rather than polyester. The current sheets felt hot and made sleeping even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the couch in the living room had an unpleasant odor. I understand that with many guests this can happen, but it’s still something that should be addressed. While the price was somewhat lower than average, the lack of comfort especially not being able to sleep properly outweighed that. A lower price doesn’t make up for basic comfort issues like sleep quality. Overall, these issues significantly affected the stay and are worth improving for future guests.

Some noise in the house and neighborhood

The customer service from property management was very good.

Definetely the beds. The matress is ok but the bed frame is very cheap and weak, so it makes a lot of noise any time you move. On the other hand, the unit is right next to another unit and because of the type of construction, you can hear every little noise from next door. The front door has a combination lock that works great but it also has a door knob with a lock that needs a key to unlock and such ket is not provided; I happend to lock it (habit) so we were not able to get in after our first exit; I called the property manager and she sent a person to unlock it within an hour. I'd recommend them to either change the knob for one without a lock or polace a sign at the door. Last but not least, the front of the house was very careless.

Very convenient And comfortable quiet neighborhood

The location is practical and the house is big with ample spaces in both kitchen living room and one of the rooms. The house is clean and all the equipment worked properly.

The furnishing is quite spartan with the bare essential in terms of furniture and decoration. Certain practical items like for example a couple of hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. The garden has a large lawn but it was overgrown so not really usable.
