The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. I also found the staff to be friendly and professional throughout our stay.

I would like to bring to your attention a few issues we encountered during our stay: There was no Wi-Fi available, which also rendered the smart TV unusable. The bathroom was not stocked with soap. The bathtub stopper was not functioning, preventing us from draining the water after use. We were unable to lock the door from the outside, which made it uncomfortable to leave the room unattended while going out.

I liked the room it's so spacious and looking beautiful as well and the wifi was also good. The blankets were good and warm so no complaint about them.

I couldn't have access to Netflix that's the sad part. No entertaining activities to do in the house.

The house is clean , rooms are spacious, bed very comfortable ,

They should place ,, kettle and cups in the rooms so it can be easy for guest to make tea/coffe for themselves at any time ..

Location only

It is a very cold place, no aircon, noone to talk to if in need of something. The place is dirty with spiderwebs everywhere. The bathtub is dirty. I will never recommend it to anyone.

First thing, the host was not aware that guests are coming until we called her an hour before checking in. Secondly, the floor was not even swept up, there were lashes and dirt. Thirdly, the linens weren’t clean; inside and out! The sheet had food stains, and hair all over the fitted sheet.

We did not stay there. The host could not accommodate us she said she did not know about us .We were left stranded in the night although our booking was fully paid . My worst nightmare through Booking.com Our trust is broken.

No communication with the host by Booking.com Poor signage to the venue .We got lost although we were using navigator

This place is amazing, very clean and Puleng the owner is such a sweetheart, when I m in zeerust this is the place I would choose, Thank you so much ❤️

The property manager tried to assist us

We arrived at this accommodation to find that it was booked to a different clients too. No locks on doors. The shared space information was only shared with us upon arrival. The owner was rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. First day the property managers manged to find us a temporary substitute for the night, promising to resolve the issue and we were told to return the next day for our booked accommodation. Upon arrival we found the other clients were still there the owner told us she will not be refunding or sorting out the issue. She then suggested she was fair and we should have expected to share.Disregarding the client comfort and safety. She has since we refused to refund us for the outstanding day and we had to look for alternative accommodation
