Very friendly host (thank you, Flavius) and very clean. I stayed for two nights with my toddler and we both enjoyed the time here.

I would have wished for a shelf or some hooks to keep things. But I’m sure Flavius will organise that!

Flavius Is a very kind person and very thoughtful. His best profit is his hospitality. The place is really comfortable and is near a metro stop. The bathroom has been cleaned everyday. We will come back with no doubt.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on Booking.com, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Flavius is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable; bathroom and terrace are excellent. The location is incredible. Flavius had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks, Flavius and Vestige Double Room Piraeus, for a wonderful weekend! We will be back, Sandra Morrison
