Our Poolside Desert Nirvana

The house was very nice , clean, comfortable and located in a very good location.

Gorgeous property, everything was spotless. Perfect for a family of 5. Spacious, clean and Thibault the local agent / host was super helpful on arrival and explained some safety measures (alarms on the doors) due to us staying in the property with young children. There was loads of storage in the property for unpacking our suitcases and I used the washer / dryer which meant I didn’t go home with a case full of dirty washing which was great. Plenty of detergent available. The master suite was spacious and the en-suite too. A fancy heated electric heated toilet seat. Really close to some of our favourite shops, Trader Joes just round the corner and other local amenities. Great base for exploring Palm Springs and beyond. We did a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park. Pool and outside space was perfect and clean. I don’t usually like to go back to the same place twice but I’d definitely stay again, and hope to return one day.

No real criticisms but the property is lacking wine glasses - even just for two adults we kept having to wash up the few glasses there to reuse them. It was a shame there were no coffee pods available. The main window in the master en-suite should be frosted. Whilst the window looks onto next door / a wall, the plants in the window don’t provide full privacy if any visitors came onto the property. These are comments by way of feedback and it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

BBQ grill not working. Pool spa heating inconsistent and not included in base rent though website showed it was. Booklet instructions for operation of pool and spa not clear. Only one set of towels in the master bathroom. Laundry detergent container was empty.

This property was extremely well kept, spotless and very well equipped. Communication with Devin the house manger was excellent both before and during our stay. We loved the outside space including the pool and hot tub. The master suite was fantastic as was the living area and kitchen. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning here in future.

This place was excellent - the pool and hot tub were a vibe and the setting against the golf course was magical. We had a wonderful time, thank you Devin for all your timely responses and communication.

I liked that it was comfortable and clean.

Difficult to get the spa heated, the water pressure in the shower was very low and didn’t get hot.
