Ellen is an exceptional host. My 12 year old son left a reasonably expensive electronic device at the Pub House and Ellen sent it straight back to us, beautifully packaged, which we are so grateful for. The Pub House is a quirky, well equipped house with the added bonus of a darts board and pool table, which provided my teen/tween children with a lot of fun. The bathroom is beautifully designed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice little terrace outside for morning coffee and set in beautiful countryside very close to Lucca and Pisa. Just to be aware there are only fans no air-conditioning, but we managed in temperatures in the low 30s.
