Apartament foarte spațios, foarte curat ,cu tot ce ai nevoie.Aproape de mare și de stația de autobuz spre Portofino,5 minute de mers pe jos. Personal atent, Patricio chiar ne-a avertizat la o atenționare meteo de furtuna.

È molto comoda per tutto ,hai supermercati panificio, banca tutto a 2 minuti da casa e soprattutto il mare 3 minuti sei gia al mare ,la casa e molto grande sia per una famiglia oppure gruppo di amici.

In una casa italiana non può mancare il caffe e olio d'oliva le 2 cose importanti che rappresentano pure Italia .

"Location great. No fan or air conditioner made our stay unpleasant."

The location was great.

There were ants all over kitchen table and smaller bedroom around the window. No air conditioner or fan. Impossible to sleep with the humidity and heat.

Атмосферные апартаменты в духе старой Италии, но с серьёзными недостатками — не рекомендую Что понравилось: — Хорошая площадь, удобно для семьи. — Интерьер оформлен в классическом итальянском стиле — старые полы, мебель с характером, всё атмосферно. — Наличие парковки — редкость и плюс для этой локации. — Удачное расположение: до набережной 5 минут пешком, всё рядом.

Что не понравилось: — Пляж разочаровал: вода мутная, людей — спина к спине, атмосфера скорее как в переполнённой Анапе нулевых. — С электрикой большие проблемы: розетки вывернуты, ребёнка ударило током — это недопустимо и требует немедленного внимания. — Шумоизоляции практически нет — спишь будто с открытыми окнами на оживлённой улице. — Нет кондиционера, при температуре выше 30° — это критично. — Цена — 290 евро за ночь, не соответствует качеству. — После выезда случайно забыли оплатить 4 евро налога, и хост прислал резкое, почти угрожающее сообщение вместо обычного напоминания — очень неприятно.

"Peaceful location within walking distance to the city and its lively atmosphere"

Spacious appartment within a short walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and the beach. Lovely area. The apartment itself was clean, and all necessary equipment was available. Parking was an excellent bonus. Communication in advance was good, and we received clear instructions on how to reach the flat and car park. Easy with dogs, and there’s a nice walk to the nearby Villa Durazzo. We would be happy to return.
