Hotel mare si face parte dintr-un lant hotelier bun! Pozitionarea! Aproape de dMall Piscinele fabuloase! Cea infinita are si bar! Mancarea foarte buna! Preturile la mancare si la bautura acceptabile! 👍 Camera OK, am avut camera cu acces direct in piscina! Serviciul de masaj de la piscina foarte buna!! Fetele de acolo fac o treaba buna! Personalul de la restaurant si de la bar foarte amabil!

Fiind un Hitel de 5 stele si cunoscut m-a dezamagit destul de tare! 1. CEL MAI IMPORTANT! Am facut rezervarea aici pe booking.com pe data de 13.01.2026 si am cerut check IN intre orele 14-15! Nici pana in ziua de azi 22.04 nu am primit raspuns la aceasta solicitare! Am ajuns la cazare la ora 14:20 si binenteles la receptia ne-a spus ca Check-IN se face la ora 15 si camera inca nu e gata! Sa asteptam sau sa mergem la restaurant sa mancam ceva pana la ora 15 (vorbim de 40 min). La ora 15:00 am venit la receptie si OK, e gata camera! Deci eu te anunt cu 3 luni inainte ca ajung unnpic mai repede de ora 15 si sa-mi pregatesti camera daca se poate si tu ma ti 40 de minute in asteptare! Mi se pare lipsa de bun simt si de profesionalitate! 2. Nu inteleg cu deposit-ul garantie! Mi-ati cerut depozit de 200$ pt ce?? Credeti ca o sa fur camera?? Cand ne cazam nu semanam un act ca si un contract?? 3. Plaja de fata Hotelului dezastru! Plina de alge verzi! Miroase ca naiba! Ar trebui sa anuntati clienti despre acest aspect! Dupa debacader nu mai sunt alge! 🤷‍♂️ 4. Restaurantul! In interior, daca este aglomerat se creaza un zgomot incat nu te mai poti intelege cu cealalta persoana de la masa! 5. Camera! Desi am rezervat cea mai scumpa camera am ramas cu un gust amar despre unele facilitati! -Minibar: Exista un frigider, dar e gol!! Mai frate, e hotel de 5*, macar o sticla de apa si una de bere! -Daca doresti apa exista un recipient (canceu) cu care te duci pe hot si iti iei apa de la un dozator! 🤦‍♂️ Exact la la un hotel de 2* de la mine din Romania! Pune-ti o sticla de apa de 1L imbuteliata in camera ca sunte-ti penibili! -In camera era un pat dublu (king) plus inca un pat mic (single) 🤷‍♂️, l-a ce naiba mai trebuia acest al 3-lea pat si sa aglomerezi camera?? Eu am rezervat un double pt 2 persoane! La cazare am si semnat un act ca nu am voie sa aduc pe nimeni din afara in camera! Deci este un obiect in plus sa ocupam spatiul!

They gave us a room without view with noisy next room. Around 1am and still partying. So i have to call reception to let them lower their noise.

Close proximity to all the main restaurants, DMall and activities.

This is my second time in Henann Crystals and I’ve been profiles by security guards multiple times. 😕 it would be nice if we include our fellow security guards when we train the staff about SOGIESC. I am a transwoman and I stayed here last year 2025 too with my German boyfriend. Every time me and my boyfriend enters the resort we are being asked by the guards of our room number, I wouldn’t mind if it’s just once BUT REALLY ALL THE TIME? I saw Koreans entered before us without being asked. SO WHY? 🫤 There is this one instance this year that really ground my gear, as we enter the resort (beach entrance) one afternoon from our lunch, the guard asked my boyfriend our room number and then asked me if I am registered 🫨 kuya went straight into conclusion that I am not a guest there but only a visitor? With all these experiences I cannot help but to think that security guards see me as someone who cannot afford a room in your hotel. is it because they see a tan skinned Transwoman with her Afam trying to sneak her into his room? I don’t know? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I cannot blame our fellow security guards too if they did not receive the training like your other staff which are very nice. Oh and I remember Tatay guard, I forgot his name but he is the only one who greeted us good afternoon without asking us anything, bless his heart. ♥️ I hope that no other transwoman who will stay in any Henann would have the same experience that I had, we are still looking into staying at Henann again next year so I hope this message reach the right management.

The location is a strong point, very central and right by the beach, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout the stay.

A few issues impacted the overall experience. The blinds did not close properly in the room causing early morning light to come through, there was some construction noise disruption next door and the breakfast buffet items were not always replenished. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.
