The rooms were nice

We felt the staff were not very friendly. Our stay didn’t start well. We booked the transfer from the airport to hotel and were met by two members of staff that made zero effort, just gave us some henann stickers. We felt that the staff were unwelcoming from the get go…no smiles, uncharismatic and unhelpful. There was a lot of employees standing around doing nothing within the henann ferry terminal. When we got to the room the porter bought our bags up and hovered until expectantly for a tip - this should not happen. When we checked in we were given a welcome drink voucher. When we went to get our welcome drink they said we couldn’t have it because it was past 5.30pm…not very welcoming if you ask me. An orange juice or something similar would have been a nicer touch upon arrival into the lobby. Throughout our stay the staff were inattentive and distracted, from the reception desk to the pool bar. Personally all 4 of us found the service poor, certainly not to a 5 star standard, perhaps 3 star or 4 at best. It was a shame considering we had really looked forward to this accommodation.

The staff was very attentive, especially the housekeeping. The location was top. The hotel was beautiful. They provided fresh water in big bottles in every hallway.

When we checked out, we were asked to sit and wait for the room to be checked before they gave us the deposit back. I understand this is a policy of the hotel but my personal opinion is that they could have checked the room without us being there. If any damage keep the deposit or charge the card they have the details of but there is no need to keep the guests "hostage" in the reception area. I am assuming most people would be civil and won't do damage to their room. It felt really weird as the reception staff was speaking very loudly and everybody knew our business and what was going on. Just to say they gave us back the deposit as we didn't do anything wrong.

Beachfront hotel, beautiful location, good buffet restaurant on the beach. All the staff were kind, attentive and always smiling. Came here with my Mother who is a senior, she was always taken care of. Facilities are nice, had a great vacation here.

Food was running low 1 hour before buffet breakfast would finish.

La proximité avec la plage était top et le personnel était poli mais parfois non chalant

Le bruit permanent à l’extérieur (travaux + climatisation ) impossible de rester à la piscine du bas car bruit de ventilation permanent et la piscine de l’étage : bruit permanent des travaux du bâtiment juste à côté. C’est pénible quand même. On cherche la tranquillité et le repos donc c’est compliqué ! Très déçu

Zona centrale e nonostante era abbastanza turistica come zona, la spiaggia era tranquilla. Fantastico il bar in piscina in cui si può sorseggiare un cocktail all’interno. Servizio eccellente, i ragazzi che lavorano molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta.
