Airport Hotel Mara

Die Lage

Sehr unfreundliches Personal Nachts nicht ins Hotel gekommen da Rezeptionist sich schlafen gelegt hatte. Die Chipkarte für den Türöffner funktionierte nicht. Das Schlafsofa in der Suite wurde trotz vorheriger Zusage nicht bezogen. Man warf uns das Bettzeug hin und die Angestellte meinte, das wir das doch selber machen könnten. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet.

Smell in the room not good and food for dinner.... horific, it was microwave pizza and microwave burger meals for 30 eur.... after that me and my son took medication to help digestion.... food ... absolutely AVOID!

We were staying at this hotel mainly because we had a very early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We really appreciated that the staff proactively asked whether we would like them to arrange a taxi for us. We accepted their offer, and everything was organized smoothly, making our early departure completely stress-free.

There were only two minor things worth mentioning. Drinks were available for purchase from the refrigerator in the lobby, which was convenient, although the prices felt a bit on the higher side. For example, a small bottle of water was around €2.50, which reminded us of airport prices. Of course, purchasing them is entirely optional. The shower area could also benefit from a small refresh, as it feels a little dated compared to the rest of the property. However, everything was clean and fully functional, so this did not affect our overall experience.
