An absolutely delightful property, within walking distance of everything Luang Prabang has to offer, while being (as the name suggests) a peaceful oasis. Only recently completed (in the last 12 months), it combines an architectural style that is sympathetic to the local culture and the environment, while internally it is finished to the highest contemporary standards. The staff are highly efficient and professional while still being friendly and engaging. The General Manager, Francis, takes a very personal interest in all aspects of the property and where possible introduces himself (in person) to guests. He is a highly experience hospitality executive and his high standards are reflected throughout the property. Great work Francis!! The rooms are spacious, well appointed, bright and airy and the bedding is super comfortable. Without doubt, one of the best properties I have had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel is really nice and we had a great time there. The location is very easy to go to the center with the shuttle or even walking. Balcony in the room is so nice.

They should work in having staff that speaks english. The manager was incredible friendly and has a perfect english, but most of the time the staff in reception did not speak english.

Le personnel du restaurant et du pool bar sont juste adorables ! L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont vraiment jolies avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la piscine. Le service est clairement 5 étoiles avec un personnel aux petits soins. C'était pour l'anniversaire de mon copain et il a eu droit a un joli gâteau personnalisé, ainsi que de belles décorations dans la chambre. Mention spéciale pour Monsieur Anong (Pool Bar), Monsieur Bounmee (Restaurant) qui ont été adorables ainsi que le Front Office Manager (j'ai oublié de demander le nom) Un moment vraiment parfait à Luang Prabang !

Juste des détails, lors de l'arrivée, on nous a annoncé que la chambre était prête, on nous a escortés jusque dans la chambre mais le Housekeeping était toujours dans la chambre, chambre finalement non prête. Ce n'est pas grave mais durant notre séjour, nous avons cassé un verre sur notre balcon, nous avons informé la réception pour que le housekeeping ne se blesse pas et lors du départ, nous avons été facturés 4US dollars pour le verre. Un petit geste pour le petit raté de l'arrivée aurait été apprécié. Malgré cela, très bon séjour !

Everything, the room was exceptional and had everything you need for a long stay. The pool was great for cooling down from the heat and had a pool bar serving cocktails, finger food and cold beer. The restaurant served a brilliant breakfast buffet and delicious dinner offering Lao and Western cuisine. This is a place we will miss very much, perfect for relaxation or as a base to explore Luang Prabang and the surrounding area. To top it off the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much.
