The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. The included breakfast was really great with plenty of options and eggs cooked to order daily. The location was perfect. Viewing balloons at sunrise from the rooftop terrace was special. Wonderful views!

We expected a cave hotel to be dark and it was. More lamps would be helpful. The couch was firm and not very comfortable for relaxing after a long day of touring.

천정에 나무마감 처리가 되어 있어서, 동굴호텔임에도 매우 깨끗하고, 쾌적했어요. 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭했는데, 특히 홈매이드 카이막은 너무 맛있었어요. 직원분들도 제가 가 본 호텔중에서 가장 친절했어요.
