Bed and Breakfast Rosangela

The B&B is in a very convenient location. The host, Rosangela, sent us very useful and detailed instructions on how to get to her place prior to our arrival. We also reserved the car garage (12Euro/day) at her place, because street parking is almost impossible. The B&B is very lovely there is a little garden where Rosangela serves the breakfast, or get some rest after visiting Taormina. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, but are not very spacious. The bathroom and shower particularly small. Overall though we liked it and I would recommend it

The bathroom towels were in a bit contrast with the well curated bedrooms. They were flimsy, overused, and a bit smelling.

Lovely accommodation in Taormina. Communication with Angela was excellent, very clear directions and recommendations and excellent choice of breakfast options - including savoury choices which aren't always an option in Southern Italy. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided and a little fridge is a welcome addition in the room. The lovely garden in which to have breakfast or a beverage is the jewel in this little crown. The sweet breakfast option which I had was delicious - I had to keep some for later - little cannoli and delicious almond biscuits (enjoyed later in the garden with a cup of tea). We took Angela's recommendations to visit Isola Bella and the communal gardens and enjoyed both! Location is quiet and peaceful and a good base to enjoy glitzy Taormina after the hoards of day-trippers have left!

The breakfast served was quite good. They gave us a choice of a sweet or savory dish. The sweet dish was an Italian sweet which I can't remember the name and some tarts. The savory dish was an arancini with some vegetables etc.
