Very friendly family who owned and operated the place. They helped us with motorcycle problems, food allergies and transportation of luggage to the port. Very cool interior

WiFi signal was weak in the main area of the room.

Breakfast need order every day but owners bring it to the room or to lobby. Choice from toasts, sandwich and omelette.

I’m usually not a very picky person, but I found my stay less than pleasant. There was only AC in the lobby, none in the hallways. We stayed upstairs and it was very hot as soon as you leave the room. No handsoap provided in the bathroom, I was told to use the shampoo in the shower so I had to bring the bottle back and forth. Leaky shower, grimy shower area. The breakfast that we paid for was actually not on site; you get a daily voucher that you can use but you have to order from the hotel’s food binder the day before by 6pm and then still pick up yourself at the various restaurant partners. So we ended up not using the breakfast vouchers even though we paid for them since we wanted to just head out for the day without adding another stop, and the food binder was really hard to understand if you don’t read Chinese. While it was nice that the hotel arranged our scooter rentals, I felt I was overcharged for the scooters and discovered there were newer and cheaper options had I looked into it myself. Lesson learned.

Probably the best money/quality deal on Lambai Island now. Location is not luxurious but everything you need is available and very close to the city Center.

We loved that every room has a unique decoration and in general the homestay was super interesting.

It got noisy (especially in the morning) because of children running around the hallway. So be aware if you want to sleep late.
