The apartment was nice and spacious.

Our check-in experience was disappointing. We had agreed on a specific time but the host arrirved more than 30 minutes late. I had also informed multiple times in advance that I would not have internet access upon arrirval so being in contact before the check in wouldn't be possible. After waiting for over 20 minutes I had to switch on paid mobile data to message the host. Only then did she leave to meet us.. When the host finally arrived, the explanation was that she had had to wait for other guest in the past which didn't feel like a fair reason to keep us waiting. Also the booking had promised a coffee maker but when we arrived, the host told us that it was broken. We were told a new one would be brought the next morning, but during our entire stay we never received any updates, nor was the coffee maker ever replaced.

The apartment was really nice , and very close to the center.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für ein paar Nächte in Kerkyra, da alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar ist. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten, wobei man mit der Nähe zum Saroko-Platz bereits sehr zentral wohnt. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte sowie diverse Street Food-Läden in direkter Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und in der Küche gibt es das Nötigste, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Küche, Waschmaschine, TV, WiFi, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert, zuvorkommend, freundlich und antwortet zuverlässig und schnell. Wir wurden mit Wasser, Bier und Keksen begrüßt, was wir sehr toll fanden und hatten alles in allem einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Im Grunde eine Kleinigkeit und nur eine Anregung: Ein zweites scharfes Messer, ein kleiner Topf und ein paar Müslischüsseln in der Küche hätten das Kochen/Essen etwas komfortabler gemacht.

PRO: the apartment is located in the center of Corfu and it is very easy to arrive here from anywhere. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are double beds in both bedrooms. The owner was so nice and responsive. She helped us with a lot of suggestions what to visit and where to eat. The ACs are working on both bedrooms. There was hot water and shower gel. You have a washing machine and hair dryer.

CON: giving that the water is not potable I would have appreciated if I had a bottle with fresh water in the apartment, bute there was no water so we had to go for shopping even if we arrived in the evening. We had a sleeping problem because it ate our skin all night and we kept scratching probably from mites. The very big minus was the fact that all the night the cars and motors were running on the street and you can here everything through the closed doors, so we couldn’t sleep.

Communication, keeping in touch with host. Host was very kind and helpful, always answering guestions and giving exta information / tips! Good AC and clean apartment. Cute balcony. Great location.
