Hotel Wraveler Inn Mussoorie

The views are great, the staff is very friendly and it is good value for money.

We discussed a rate to rent a scooter, but the hotel people changed the price last minute, despite what we had agreed in the past. The bathroom does not have ventilation, and the hotel does not have any signs.

The most amazing thing was the view here.

The access to hotel. Our taxi driver couldn't find the place. Even asking local people. We had to call the hotel staff to talk to driver. Car cannot drive to the accommodation. We walked from the closest road downhill to the accommodation. Staff helped us carry our luggages there. Room was beautiful and the views stunning....but it is winter time and room was extremely cold. Heater at additional cost. There was an odour from the bathroom, most likely luck of ventilation but a bit of incentive would definitely help. Headboard of our bed could have possibly charge our devices ( USB) but the whole headboard wasn't working. Staff helped us and lent us own charger. Cute monkeys woke is up as these were running on the balcony and dogs chasing them. Place pretty close to the The mall road where local markets are and amazing views again.

The kitchen services, the staff were all very helpful and co-operative. The view of the rooms is so pretty, especially during sunrise. The rooms are clean, washroom is also clean. However, they don't have kettle in the room, so you might have to keep asking for hot water separately.

Reaching the location is a bit difficult as it is off-road, especially if you are carrying heavy suitcases. However, the staff came to help us and pick us up and also drop to Library Chowk.

The hotel staff and the location is amazing I was very happy to stay in this hotel the best part is the morning view which was like heaven at sunrise it was like the winterline view. Mr. Deepak rawat was a very supportive person who was there He is the owner of this property and talked about the services it was fantastic they don't let us feel like we are paying here that's why we are getting the better service not like it was something like that I specifically thank Mr. Upadhyay is the nicest person and staff I have ever met.
