The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I love the balcony and good internet service

- Price was drastically hiked on the day of checking in.I had little choice since I was new -offered a dirty towel on check in,which wasn't replaced despite asking - little variety for breakfast - swimming pool not available as advertised

The host was helpful, communicating with us and checking us in late in the night.

The rooms allocated to us were rundown and different from what was promised on Booking.com 1. The bathrooms were clogged. No hot water 2. One bathroom door could not be closed 3. Single towel for a double room 4. Unreliable wifi

All the rooms were spacious and comfortable

The breakfast is not good at all Just a simple request and the host would not hear any of it Tried calling the number on the booking page but they never reached out I believe Lucky and his team can do better and atleast listen to the their clients request

it's the worst accommodation I've been lived, the owner is totally lier, i booked the hotel with 9＄on the booking.com,but when i arrived the hotel, the staff is very perfunctory to respond my question, and the owner change the price to 18＄ by personal, i book the room is included breakfast, he didn't supply the breakfast to me, and the room was very dirty. and it's far from the city center.

this Hotel is so fantastics, when i was there they help me to know and to get everything i was need. the staff Mr Lucky is good friend. Break fast was tastefully
