SKThe accommodation is located next to a yacht club and therefore be prepared for constant sound and noise! The air conditioner in the rooms beeps 3 times in a row non-stop at certain intervals, even if it is not turned on, be prepared for this if you wake up at least 5 times during the night.
My parents had already visited this accommodation last summer and so now they wanted us to go with them, so why not. This accommodation is extremely expensive and therefore one expects everything to be at a high level, but upon our arrival we found out that the restaurant was not working, everywhere around the hotel was dirty and everything was neglected, no staff anywhere, you couldn't order food, drinks, in short, dead. The jacuzzi wasn't working It wasn't my idea, my mother was there last year so she could appreciate that the price was not equal to the service and quality we were supposed to get (which she got last year). I nicely asked the receptionist for a free cancellation of the reservation, I nicely explained to her that even though our reservation had already started they could confirm it for free, she said that it wasn't possible and lied to me repeatedly, I told her that I do the same business, I rent 6 objects through booking and I know that the entire reservation can be forgiven by the hosts if something is wrong. they didn't do that, I called the manager and he also lied that it was not possible, even when I called booking they also confirmed it to me, sent them a request to waive the entire amount and they rejected it. We had 2 reservations (parents) and (me and my girlfriend). booking contacted this accommodation and refused any refund or compensation. They didn't even offer free breakfast. What annoys me the most is that they lied that it is NOT possible to cancel a reservation without a fee even though I know it is possible! I do the same business on a large scale! In the end, it ended up that booking recognized the whole thing and paid me 120€ compensation and also to my mother, since we had two reservations as I mentioned, - proof of our truth.
