"Overlooking paradise"

What i like the most about this place is its situated at the 25th floor of the building and you can see the city light right at your window.very clean unit and complete kitchen utensils.The owner also is very accommodating.Totally worth your money!

internet got disconnected at the middle of the night till the time we're about to check out.dont know if its telco problem or just to prevent overstaying renters

"Great stay in the centre of Davao"

- Great location - Located in a large condo with gym, pool - New furniture - Big TV with Netflix, relatively stable internet and 2 ACs

- The shower was a bit uncomfy

The unit is at the top of the building so you can experience the city lights at night.

I dont like the idea that it was on the peak of the building but I changed my mind upon seeing the large windows and overlooking the city, mountains and sea.
