CANNOT COMMENT ON ANYTHING, as I was not able to stay in the property. The “host” has never contacted me with the instructions how to gain access to the room, and has never responded to my calls, messages and communication via the Booking App. I’ve been using Booking.com for years and has never been in a situation like that. Particularly stressful as it supposed to be a great service!

Unacceptable Service and Deposit Demand** I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent experience. Upon my arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a deposit, which had not been communicated to me prior to my booking. I was shocked when I was told that if I refused to pay this deposit, I would be required to leave immediately. This abrupt demand was not only unprofessional but also extremely distressing. After this incident, I was denied access to my room despite having fulfilled all other obligations. To make matters worse, my attempts to resolve the issue by contacting your staff via phone and messages were completely ignored. This level of disregard for a paying guest is unacceptable and falls far below the standard I expected. The entire experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and provide an explanation for the poor treatment I received. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the steps you will take to ensure that other guests do not encounter such an unpleasant experience in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I left within 10 minutes of seeing the property

It does not specify that someone will be sleeping downstairs and it is advertised saying there’s a private bathroom but come to know the random person uses it too. There is no lock on the bathroom door and the house smells unpleasant

The place need cleaning. The bed need to change.

The location is quite fine, it was about 5 mins walk to the closest bus stop.

This property is a one bedroom apartment that has a young man sleeping on the couch with you in the apartment. His belongings are everywhere and he also uses the same bathroom with you. However, he is respectful and kind and does not get in your way too much. We paid for breakfast and there was none, after our complaining he told us that there was ramen we could make. He eventually bought a loaf of bread, eggs, milk and chocolate. We had to cook everything on our own. Even the address is misleading: it is 13A Oakwood Place rather than 20 Oakwood place like it says. The apartment needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance.

I like the supportive behaviour of staff, friendly nature, the room was pretty good, clean and all the facilities available.

Toilet don't have the lock from inside, according to staff member a customer broke it just a day before so I believe that they gonna fix it soon.
