Great value for money ! There's everything you need in the room. Two shared bathrooms are available, which is more than enough for the amount of guests in the residency. Location is also very good, only 10 mns walk from Mestre train station. The host Arif was also very arranging.

Stanza dignitosa per passarci una notte ed arrivare a Venezia velocemente il giorno dopo. Vicina alla stazione. Pulita e molto silenziosa. Aria condizionata e wifi.

Lo staff non parla italiano (solo inglese) ma si è dimostrato efficiente. Purtroppo il bagno in comune è un fattore negativo (ma viene chiaramente dichiarato durante la prenotazione)

The facilities are average for the price. It feels like the location is the only thing you're really paying for.

The receptionist seemed more focused on keeping his lunch schedule than on providing good customer service. Additionally, his demand for positive feedback at checkout was quite unexpected. His English was also difficult to understand.
