Vila pondok damuh ubud

It was nice and quiet, which is what we wanted. We hired private driver to pick us up and drop us off hence transport was not an issue. We got our food at nearby restaurants which were walking distance.

The entry to the villa could be easily missed. A visible sign could solve the problem!

It’s peaceful setting but close to ubud centre and lots of attractions around the area it’s also has some warungs and restaurants small shops within a 20 min walk the pool was delightful with birds visiting for a sunset bath large coloured butterflies floating by and the rural location in the rice fields was heavenly and so relaxing we got to see locals harvesting the rice crop .enjoyed waking upto beautiful misty sunrises and the sound of nature was also a pleasure .the views from the rooms are stunning with plenty of glass windows patio doors to get the full effect ,the owner and his family welcome you warmly and are very helpful he even took myself and my niece on a tour of ubud and white water rafting for a fair price with the best guide ,he will help you with any worries or questions you have and dode his assistant was also delightful and a pleasure to meet the breakfast was fresh juices coffee and what you order served on a terrace by the pool at a time to suit

Nothing it was perfect

An amazing villa—elegant, modern, and spotless! Though a bit away from the tourist area, it offers peace, a lovely pool with rice field views, and daily cleaning. Security is excellent, and the hosts are incredibly kind and trustworthy. Breakfast is delicious and varied, especially if you let the owner choose. The best place I stayed in Bali! Just keep your room door closed to avoid insects.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff were welcoming on arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and pool too. I loved the fact that there are large windows all around so you could see the surroundings and the farmers at work. There were no spiders which was my only concern. You should order breakfast the night before as they collect and cook the food in the morning which is good as it is not wasteful. I chose the omelette for both days and it was delicious. You can also request the floating breakfast but I didn’t know. The location is a little bit far from the touristy areas which was perfect for peace and quiet. The only problem is that it is far from restaurants so you will need to order on grab.

No 24 hour attebdance

The experience was filled with heartfelt moments! The host was incredibly kind and reached out to us proactively before our stay. Since the room we booked was on the ground floor, he offered it to an elderly guest who might have had difficulty with stairs and upgraded us to a larger room on the second floor for free. The staff member who welcomed us, named Dudee (I am sorry,not sure about the spelling), was so genuine, kind, and friendly. As there weren’t many restaurants nearby and we were a bit hungry, he even took our order and bought take away dinner for us. On the way, it started to rain, and he got wet when he back, but he still smiled. We were beyond grateful for his generosity and warmth. We also loved the room’s design, especially the bathroom—it was clean, spacious, modern, and offered a stunning view of the green rice fields. It was so relaxing and uplifting to see that scenery, even while washing up! All in all, highly recommended!

Villa Armonia has large 3 rooms. The views are great. On a clear day one can see all the way to Ulawatu. The pool is nice and refreshing. It is a great place to stay out of the crowds of Ubud, but easily reachable within 20 minutes by Gojek or Grab. The owner and his assistance are very kind and helpfull. I will definitly come back again.

Beautifully designed villa with incredible view of the rice terrace and great ambience, in a private, secluded and quiet area.

Everything was perfect. When we got there I was just so amazed with the villa and the fact that it was in the middle of a ricefield. Perfect view of the sunset. Room was so clean and so aesthetic. Our room was the pool view on fhe first floor, right in front of the room. And on the window side you could see the ricefield. Amazing price for what you get, especially it includes breakfast. WOULD DEFINITELY COMEBACK AGAIN. THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!!

The room and guesthouse were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food and drinks were also good.

Will be nice to have the location up to date in booking as it was difficult to arrive there.
