Casa alla Stazione

Me encantó el apartamento,nos sentimos muy cómodos,el apartamento está en la parte de abajo pero buena ventilación,todo muy limpio,la cama grande y cómoda,hay aire acondicionado,una buena nevera,buena ducha,el apartamento está cerca a la estación,se va caminando al centro,hay supermercado, restaurante,muy tranquilo para dormir,la zona agradable,cuando vuelva a Palermo volvería allí ,el dueño muy amable,lo recomiendo Muchas gracias Andrea hasta la próxima

Everything was as advertised and it was a pleasant stay. They even accomodated us with an earlier check in than it says.

Only tiny thing we didnt like was the low water pressure but everything else was good

Местоположение, единственный плюс в этих апартаментах

Апартаменты находятся в подвале, где нет света дневного. Есть 2 окна, но выходят они в подвал. Проветрить невозможно 🤷 Было ужасно холодно и сыро. Носки сохли 2 дня😅 Кондиционер, который работает на обогрев помещения, дул очень слабо, понадобились сутки, чтобы сделать эти апартаменты теплее и можно было там находится. Чтобы включить плиту, вам нужно крутить кран в газовом баллоне, который стоит рядом с плитой. Бойлер стоит очень маленький, для каждого человека нужно заново ждать пока нагреется вода. Теплой воды хватало буквально на 5-7 минут.

The location was close to city center.

The location was dirty, if you wanted to switch off the lights when you go to sleep you have to switch all the electricity in the house and we were not able to charge our phones, it's an underground with a lot of bug, the internet is not working, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom horrible, the shower head it was very dirty, the hot water was barely hot... I don't know how a location like this gets to be rented in this conditions...

čisto i uredno. odlična lokacija, blizu centra kao i stanice centralne. veoma ljubazna vlasnica i susretljiva

smeštaj je u podrumu i samo zbog toga ne može čista desetka

La clim ne rafraîchit pas beaucoup et s est coupée la nuit.....il a fait très chaud......Pas de luminosité.....c est une fave aménagée

Es hat einen Fernseher mit drin, eine kleine Espresso Maschine, grundlegendes Geschirr, Kühlschrank… alles top.

Die Lage der Wohnung an sich in Bahnhof Nähe ist super. Doch befindet sich die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss. Nicht schlimm, doch muss man sich mit einem dauerhaften Dämmerlicht zufrieden geben. Das macht ganz schläfrig zu jeder Tageszeit. Zimmer und Toilette hat gar keinen Schallschutz, es ist, als wäre man im selben Raum. Unser kleiner Check in war wirklich nett, wenn auch etwas verspätet bekamen wir sogar noch ein paar nette Restaurants und to-dos empfohlen. Toll!
