The main thing that made the stay uncomfortable for us was the STRONG odor of the 50 pd. bag of dog food on the other side of the wall of our bedroom. Very invasive!

Quiet and on a nice property with trails.

Was not aware we would be sharing all facilities in this cabin with the owners when originally reserved. The bathroom does not adjoin the room rented. Most unfortunate no info given on website that the cabin contains a few cats. So if allergic avoid. When sinuses stuffed up had to give up on staying our second day and was told that Bookings would NOT refund our money and had to pay for 2 days of a one day stay.

We liked the location. It's outside of town, nice and quiet. The animals were so sweet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and offered us lots of suggestions for things to do.

Just a charming location. The farm has horses, goats, chickens and a dog. The proprietor was DELIGHTFUL and she gave us tons of good tips for our stay in Bayfield.

It’s in a nice quiet location, hearing the frogs and crickets at night was very peaceful and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful for what to see in the area.

It was very much a bed and breakfast style place with just a room. The bathroom was shared with other guests and host, the other amenities (fridge and microwave) were also shared in a common area of the house… Bed and breakfast style isn’t a problem when you are expecting it. But I wasn’t expecting it to be as it was.

Our room was super cozy and comfortable. The place gives off a cute cabin/ranch vibe, and our host was super friendly and accommodating. She gave great recommendations for things to do in Bayfield and the surrounding area. The house pets are friendly too.

Absolutely wonderful homestay with a warm and fascinating host who has an incredible life story. The room, located in the main house, is peaceful and comfortable. The shared bathroom is spotless and well-equipped. Mornings start with coffee and tea, which is a lovely touch. The farm itself is cute, home to friendly cats, goats, dogs, and other delightful animals.

A VERY interesting place and an owner with an unusual and interesting life story. Ask Carla about this if you have time. Wish we had had more time to visit both Carla and her lovely rural landscape.

Would have preferred a very simple continental breakfast- it's a long way to get breakfast. But I knew that going in.

If you are a nature and animal lover, this is the place for you. Big thanks to our gracious hosts for sharing their beautiful property with us. My son had a blast and made Gabriel (THE Dog) a lifetime friend.
