Közel van a Zalakarosi Fürdő. Tágas volt a szoba és a fürdőszoba is.

A kilátás minden volt, csak nem kertre néző. A folyosón volt a közös mikro és a kávéfőző, ami kicsit lehangoló. A képeken jobban néz ki, mint a valóságban.

We spent only one night here with my family. The apartment is located just a few minutes of walking from the bath and it has a big parking place behind the building. The room looked like in the pictures and we basically had no problem with the cleanliness of it. The host was also kind and helpful via phone.

The air conditioner was quite old and when we switched it on we felt a bad odour, so we decided rather not to use it. This resulted in a quite high temperature in our room so we could not sleep really well. Next morning, I informed the host about this and they immediately started solving it by calling the person who is responsible for the maintenance of the air conditioner. Another thing that everyone has to be aware of is that this apartment has no kitchen at all: there is a refrigerator in it and a few pieces of glasses and that is all the equipment. There is only one microvawe oven and coffee maker located in the corridor that can be commonly used by the guests. Another topic is the clanliness of the corridor, it looked quite untidy and dirty. The bedclothes were also quite worn. I am mentioning these things because these are not big things and could be easily solved to improve the satisfaction of the guests.

- A 11 eves gyermeknek keszitett kiságy iszonyu kenyelmetlen volt!!!! Vasrudakon kellett volna fekudnie! Hasznalhatatlan takolmany volt. Igy a franciaagyon kucorogtunk ejjel harman. - A terasz elotti resz nagyon szemetes, eldobalt muanyag uvegekkel, sittkupacokkal, lehangolo latvany. - a szallashely fogado/elôtere rendkivul elhanyagolt, kiszáradt, halott novenyek nagy kaspokban igenytelen latvanyt nyujtanak, letort falilampa… - A franciaágynal levo nagy ablak sotetitese egy rovid fuggony, ami nem takar rendesen, reggel arrra ebredtunk, hogy egy nő kukucskal be az ablakon es nezi kik alszanak az ágyban!!!! Mert amugy ott halad el egy utacska az epulet bejáratához. - Az emailben megadott telefonszam nem volt jo, egy ismeretlen ferfi boszzankodva adta meg a jo telefonszamot, merthogy mindenki ot hivja es nincs atirva a visszaigazolo emailben a jo telefonszam. - Plusz eleg magas felarat szamoltak fel a tavozaskor a kutyankert, pedig ugy foglaltam a szallast, hogy megadtam a parametereknek, hogy hanyan erkezunk es plusz kisallattal, igy kalkulalta az oldal az arat, amit el is utaltam egy hettel az erkezesunk elott. Semmi informacio nem volt az oldalon, hogy plusz koltseget kellene fizetni.
