Es war ruhig, die Lage war super und das Personal ist great. I have never met such nice, friendly, helpful people, espacially Maya and Elsa. They were so nice. I'm so thakfull to get to know them

Located in a residential estate. Quite & tranquil. Clear indication of road name which was easy to find it

2 receptionists can't speak English and always misinterpreted & misunderstood in communications with me. No dust bin in the room It was done on purpose that only 1 toilet out of 5 has toilet roll. They turned round to ask me to use water instead when I requestd for toilet rolls! 1st time in my life that a hostel tried to change my lifestyle/habit! There's no "shared kitchen". Only some very old & chipped plates, cups & utensils available. Toilets are using "manual flushing system"! I have to turn on the water tap to get water into a bucket & scoop to flush the toilet! Old & torn (picture) "bath towel" at the size of 35x70cm BIG Room & toilet doors are very filmsy & locks are not working very well. Fixtures are very fragile. The only small rack in my room fell off without having many items on it. Loooooooog password with 23 letters ! Longest password that I have ever seen in my life! No cloth hanger in bedroom. RELUCTANTLY spared 2 for me upon demand to hang my wet clothings which soaked in rain after repeated request. Generally the host appeared to be petty & stingy I am not asking for luxury as I have stayed in more than 400 budget hostels/homestay in the world. However, this property can't even fulfil the basics.
