non mi aspettavo una fila interminabile di persone, ci ho messo più di mezz'ora per avere le chiavi, sistema che fa perdere tempo. Meglio l'invio della copia dei documenti in formato elettronico e una scatola con codice per poter avere le chiavi.

Not clean really durty bathroom and towels , the floor and no airco, the receptionist was late for giving the keys about 1h

It was centrally located and close to attractions we wanted to see like Piazza Maggiore, Neptune’s fountain etc. The apartment was clean. It had slated sealing and exposed beams in the living room and the bedroom.

The host didnt wait for us at apartment and this was shown in the checking instructions. The problem was that the location where the keys were located to the apartment was more than 30min walk. We walked to the pickup spot for 30minutes which isn’t convenient for traveller’s. There was no air conditioning in the apartment and at 40C outside it was excruciating hot. We couldn’t sleep entire night. There was a small fan there which didn’t make much of the difference. There were no shampoos or conditioners. Only hand soap and one towel per person. No hand towels. Table chairs need upholstering and coffee table for the living room..

the rooms are surprisingly large and spacious, except for the kitchen, but it does its job. also, the balconies are a must have!

unfortunately, the property was in general very dirty... there was dust everywhere, the kitchen was almost completely empty (no salt, sugar, paper towel, sponge etc...) with very few cooking tools, and those were extremely nasty and encrusted (we managed to find the dish soap and an old sponge that we obvsly couldnt use, so we tried our best to wash the dishes with our hands). also, the property wasnt furnished as seen in the pictures (there was no sofa nor the coffee table on the balcony, for example) the bathroom was clean enough, though

Gute Lage

Checkin was only at 16:30, that is 2,5 hours later as standard When we arrived at checkin, 8 parties were already waitung. After 20 minutes (waiting in the rain on the street outside) it was our turn. The distance to the room is 4,5 km - the guy gave us a wrong information about that, said we could walk in 15 min. We asked him for a number for aTaxi, he let us wait for 30 minutes. It took us another 20 minutes before we actually got a taxi. His behaviour was unrespectfull and unfriendly. In the appartment there was only one very thin towel for each. The crockery in the kitchen was unclean. The coated pan was scratched - risk for health. There was no watercooker. The room was dark.

The place itself is really nice right in the city center and very spacious There is a lot of potential but quiet a few things needs to be redone properly and there is no personality in the flat

Lack of personality in general

The only good thing about this place is the location. It's in the center of the city, very convenient and easy to reach everything.

This place has lots of potential but it's just not taken care of and outdated. There's literally nothing there apart from basics. No furniture on the terrace so you can't enjoy it, no coffee machine, no proper lights (just deemed and dark, kinda depressing). It's a place just to sleep in, that's all. The hosts could make it much much better if put in a bit of effort.

SCAM!! SCAM!! The most dirty room I have ever see in my life, all that story is just a scam, the photos aren't real and we have to wait an hour to get our key and then walk at least half hour to go to our room. The aren't towles, soap, paper. The bedsheets has black stamps and smell awful. DON'T GO!! My socks turn into black from the dirty floor. SHAME!

The only good thing about property was size and location.

Property was really dirty, I don’t know when floors were last time cleaned, my white socks were brown after walking there. All facilities dirty and outdated. Light was only partially working. No shampoo or even soap. We didn’t really checked cupboards in kitchen as everything was really outdated and dirty. State of the apartment for this kind of monies - shocking!!! It was a hot day, radiator in bedroom was broken and was working of full power , it was super hot so we had to open all windows in apartment to breathe. Please note, no TV on this apartment. Check in wasn’t the easiest. You have to go to a different location 20 mins away from apartment to pick up keys. This “office” looked very dodgy and unprofessional. We waited over 30 minutes in line to pick up keys, everything was very slow.
