The staff member we met was very helpful and warm. The room was large and was great value for the price.

No water in the room, we requested an upstairs room but had a downstairs room given on arrival. Very hot and weren't comfortable to open windows as the hotel sits on the main road, not the best sleep as a result as well as lots of walking around upstairs which kept us awake
