"It was a very nice stay."

Location is very nice. We ordered for breakfast from outside. Behavior of Sri Rabi Raj Singh was excellent.

Home stay is new and very clean Staff and family members of the owner are very polite and helpful

Facilities are not as shown at booking.com - WiFi not providing at all - Check in not giving before 9.30 am - very foul smell from the sever line coming to the bathroom and to the room - one of the owners is very rude and a liar

It is a new property and Rooms are clean

Facilities listed on booking.com are not given: - WiFi not providing, - check in time is 9.00 but Rooms are not giving after 9.30, - The behaviour of one of the owners is rude and liar, -hotel is expensive in comparison to facilities

"Exceptional"

I stay one night it's was so good the owner of kalptaru is very helping person . All the facilities and room also well clean & well mentioned it's just walking distance from the ujjain junction.if u planned then onces visit .

Overall had a great experience, and owner was incredibly helpful. Property was clean and Raviraj Sir was very hospitable and was there everytime.
