Villa Max

The view from the terrace is amazing, a gorgeous view of the sea and sunsets one way and an awe inspiring view of the mountains the other way. We spent many hours just looking at the view. There is a large well equiped kitchen with an amazing italian coffee machine (not capsules/pods). Loads of pots, dishes and glasses and a good range of utensils. Probably the best equiped we have had in Italy. Warning to tea drinkers, there is no kettle but there are pans to boil water in. Three good double rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large divided loft area with pretty low ceilings that has 2 double beds, ideal for kids but a bit low low for most adults. All the beds were very comfortable with good pillows. Outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable and the pool is good. We stayed mid May and the pool was only just warm enough to swim in. It is not heated. Area was quiet but it was early in the season. The house is a semi detached and roads and driveway are narrow so may be different when in the height of the season.

The villa is located in very nice location, you will fall in love with the view. However, walking to the nearest beach will take you 15-20 min by walk. Its better to have car (strongly recommend small car), because that will allow you to explore many beautiful beaches and hidden gems in the area. The villa have all you need, you can cook, grill. All clear and nice. Giuseppe is a very nice person, any issue we faced was solved in minutes.

Although the villa is equipped with AC, it would be great if one would be installed on the 2nd floor - it would improve cooling the vila. But not a big issue anyway.

Missing a dishwasher

Excellent location in a peaceful neighbourhood. The villa was very well maintained and cleaned with excellent facilities, everything you would need. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful. They checked in by messenger during our stay to make sure everything was going well and to offer any assistance we might need. The swimming pool is amazing and great for families.

It was very clean, a huge swimming pool, beautiful view.
