Cleanliness of washrooms

It was not a proper breakfast.. Only Bread Butter Jam...

Some instructions were not clearly informed due to which had to stay out of House for 2 hrs in mosquitos.

Cleanliness, prompt response from the owner. The caretaker and location.

Geyser in both the bathroom of bedroom and the geyser in the common bathroom. Couldn't find any dustbin. Atleast in each bathroom or room there should have been a dustbin. The location guidance can be improved with Google location option. Night lamp should be there in the bedroom.

The feel of home away from home... comfortable and great for family get-togethers. My wife and daughter alongwith our parents in their 80s (5 members total) stayed there during the end of Jan 2024 and the weather was nice and cool. It is a 2 storied bungalow with 2 bedrooms upstairs with attached washrooms and a hall, kitchen and a washroom on the ground floor. What we liked: 1. The cosiness of home, unlike the formal atmosphere of a hotel room. In a hotel we would have had to take 2 separate rooms. But this was a sufficiently large bungalow. 2. In the kitchen you are allowed to use their cooking gas sparingly, which we used to heat water for our ready-mix tea sachets. Dont expect to cook full-fledged meals. Most utensils like pans, plates and spoons are provided. 3. Availability of a Caretaker. But dont expect the caretaker to cook for you or to wash vessels, etc. 4. Safe single Car parking inside the compound (you may be able to squeeze in one more car). 5. A small open verandah on the terrace is great for family/group chit chats. 6. Food (veg.) ordered from the recommended restaurant was fairly good. 7. Reasonably priced stay.

Now for some very small issues and some small which can easily be overcome. It could have been better if... : 1. Soaps in dispensers kept in washrooms were not so diluted. It was nearly water! 2. Dont expect towels/napkins, bring your own. We always carry our own for every trip, so there was no problems. 3. The Dog at the property was let loose from 7pm and without warning. I was unaware and surprised to find it growling at me when I went to collect the restaurant food delivery at 8pm. It was loose till our morning checkout at 8.15 am. and I had to ask the caretaker to tie it up. 4. Car parking can accommodate 1 car and maybe a second smaller car. The lane outside the compound may be too narrow to safely park cars. 5. Small power cuts, but the place has inverter backup to power small bulbs in most rooms.
