It is an awesome property, huge and well maintained one. Can easily accommodate 8-10 people, plus few more if mattress is fine. Lot of greenery, beautiful show pieces and great collection of books. It’s a service villa, so you can cook for yourself but otherwise there’s nothing around to grab something. Food delivery apps work perfectly and have excellent options. Two sedans can be parked inside. Didn’t interact much with the attendant as didn’t feel the need.

You don’t get tea around the property but no issues other than that.

The location of the property is easily accessible. It is a fairly big villa with a big sized bedroom and another decent sized bedroom on the 1st floor. The entire ground floor is articulately done. A very big garden all around added bliss to the experience. And as icing on the cake, 2 playful dogs are also there on the premises.
