"An excellent apartment for your ski trip in Georgia"

Clean, modern apartment in New Gudauri. Good wifi. A 5 minute walk to the ski lift. There is a SPAR grocery nearby. The owner arranged for a private driver to pick me up at the airport, and to take me back. The driver was courteous and he arrived right on time for both trips. The shower, tv, hot plate, elevators, room lights and extra space heaters were excellent. It took us a while to find the key upon arrival - there was nobody at the front desk. Unfortunately I was not able to ski. No snow

It took several calls to figure out how to operate the tv and remotes))

"Cool apartment but require repairing"

Nice design, comfortable furniture, carpet on the floor

The shower’s trap was full of hairs and mud and the water drained to the floor. So I needed to clean the trap to avoid this. Not enough sockets. Electric stove is only for one pan and heats too slow. The wooden screen is broken. Convector’s wheels are broken. No laundry in the Gudaury so this property is not comfortable for a long stay
