A localização é muito boa. A varanda e da vista ampla sem construções na frente permite uma ótima tranquilidade.
O apartamento não foi propriamente preparado para receber novos inquilinos, a limpeza e arrumação do apartamento precisaram alguns cuidados. Mas a estadia acabou por ser muito agradável. Já não foi a primeira vez neste edifício e não foi certamente a última. Localização muito Agradável.

I would also like to add that there were constant parties in the property, extremely noisy and on 29th august a commotion happened in another room of the complex. When we woke up there was blood all over the corridor, stairs and reception. It also took the whole day for this to be cleared up.

Location excellent near beach and marina and local shops and restaurants, host very easy to deal with.
There was no air conditioning in one bedroom And this was not clear on the website. Also we only found out on the day we arrived that the pool was under repair so out of our use. Again we should have been told in advance of our stay and at the time of booking so we had a choice to cancel or not.
