Basic, yet comfy and very clean room, we stayed in the air-con option. The owner is helpful and attentive, and also organised our onward journey to Phu Quoc for us at short notice. Location is outside the main area, it's a bit of a trek to restaurant/shop but he has scooters for rent, offers to order things in for you, and Grab isn't a problem. Value for money.
