"Great house for visiting the north east."

Very clean, the location was perfect for what we needed. Everything worked and ready early so we could settle in and relax after a long journey up from the Midlands.

Beds were a little creaky but they were comfortable.

Nice little extras, tea and coffee even though we took our own. Toys for kids

Nothing really, en suite shower head was a bit floppy but didn’t ruin our stay

"Great location, very clean, lovely host and great value for money!"

Perfect location for the metro centre, city centre and The Fed where we were attending a dance competition on the Sunday. Lovely host who was very friendly and helpful via messages. The property was more spacious than we expected, was very clean and had everything we needed!

The futon bed was a little uncomfortable but that is the only criticism.
