Location, it's not near by mall road, you have to pay 300-400 for drop at lift Mall road. Price seems high

1.It used to be a great property, one can tell 2. The food is terrific!

1. Abysmal maintenance. The curtain rods are coming off, the tables and bed are squeaky, lights don't work, wires with tapes coming out, unclean pillows, doors which don't close properly and the list goes on. 2. So because of the door which won't close, a giant spider invaded our room at 11 at night. We called the staff, he somehow managed to first drive it inside our bag and then inside the cupboard. Finally he gave up and tried convincing us that it won't come out. We couldnt sleep properly all night.

The portion size of food was less, and complementary was not provided to us
