The rooms were clean & the staff was polite.

The washroom didn’t have the wiper. Washroom slippers could have been provided. The stairs one has to take to get in or out of the property is a lot. The Mall Road is at a 30 minute walking from the hotel.

Approach to hotel is not good. Road from main road is broken. You have to take long path to reach hotel

Distance from Mall Road. You have to use Lift for every time to reach main points

Room was aesthetic. Mountain view was there. Bed was comfortable

Booking.com mentioned there was heating as part of the room facilities. But the hotel charged extra for providing room heater. This was a misinformation and led to a bad experience. Also the hotel is not accessible from main road. Need to take stairs to reach the off location.
