GBThe room was clean. The location was good. Clear communication about access via bus. Breakfast was nice although we would have liked slightly more generous portions. Staff were friendly.
There was work going on outside our window and no communication about this or discount offered. We couldn't go back and rest during the day because of this. This morning the language used by one contractor outside our open window was unacceptable. The TV is also too small and at sn awkward angle. At the price paid, we expected more.

CAIncluded breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful. Let us drop our bags early instead of carrying them all over town. Laundry service quick and efficient. Room was large and overlooked a garden. It's on a nice quiet road a little bit out from the town centre, but still walking distance.
What didn't we like? Nothing! Loved it all. If you have mobility challenges you might find the walk challenging - it's on a decent hill.
