Just location

It clearly says that parking is free and no reservation needed and that is the reason why we decided to book apartment. But later, the owner said that we need to pay parking 20 euro per day and that regulation changed ( we asked how regulation can change when on property page still says it's free, and that is reason why we booked apartment, but he still insisted to pay at least for 2 days 40 euro ). Anyway we parked our car in public garage near apartment ( not his garage because instructions on where to park and location of his garage weren't clear ) and we paid for parking spot around 70 euro for 3 days on regular public parking ( photo in attachment ). We had some problems with our booking application and responding to messages via platform, but even if we told him for that problem several times on whats app ( because we had communication there ) many our question about parking and explanation left unclear. We got the impression that he was insisting on communicating via booking even though he knew that it was no working for us at the moment. On the day of departure he sent a mesaage again via booking platform that we need to leave in apartment 50 euro on table ( with no explanation why. We paid apartment with credit card in advance ). We sent again message ( on whats app ) what was the reason to leave money and in the meantime ( because we didn't get answer), we left apartment. Apartment wasn't cleanest from the start,we left apartment at same condition. Probably better then many previous guests. Later the owner called us to ask about that 50 euro and said that is for cleaning fee. If owner can respond here why he tried to charge us parking when is clearly specified that parking is free and anybody can see that on website and in many guest reviews? Is parking free, or not? Why he told us to leave 50 euro on the table even before we left apartment not specifieing why and expecting from us to do as he told?

It was centrally located and the host was very lovely and recived us with warmth. Hr gave us pointers on how to travel and have some good time too.the car park is very much safe.

The location is amazing.. it has free parking which is a huge thing.. the owner is super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience

Локация идеальна, чтобы посмотреть город, метро и автобусы близко, основные достопримечательности тоже и одновременно очень тихо вокруг. Близко минимаркеты. Бесплатное место на подземной парковке - отдельный плюс. Квартира уютная и достаточно просторная для пары с ребёнком. все необходимое есть для отдыха и ночёвки на срок до недели.

Пыльновато в шкафах и на некоторых полках, вы не заметите, если у вас нет любознательного ребёнка (у нас есть, он исследовал все). Некоторые детали требуют клея, как например ручка на шкафу в спальне, но это мелочи. Холодильник бы ещё разморозить, половина места в этом маленьком холодильнике была заледенелой.

Falta de limpieza, tenia polvo acumulado de meses y los espejos estaban sucios, se notaban dedos de personas que hubieran estado.. El casero tardó en contestar a cuestiones e incluso no contestó sobre donde dejar las llaves.
