"場所が良い"

朝食は良かったです。立地条件もよく、また利用したいと思いました。

ホテルを探すのが大変でした。ホテル名が小さくて分かりにくい。もう少し大きくホテル名を書いてたら良かったです。何回も同じ場所を通っても名前が小さくて探せず、結局30分以上探しました。駐車場も空きスペースがなくて大変だった。ベッドも少し固く感じました

暖房が壊れてるのに 対応悪くて、寒すぎて 言ったら　小さいストーブ持ってきた 帰る時も　暖房壊れてて すいませんも言わない もう二度と泊まらない😡

すすきの駅（豊水すすきの駅もすぐ）どっちも近くで便利！近くにコンビニもある。飲食店も近くにあり、今回、2泊しましたが、お値段も他よりお安くとても良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

"部屋が暑すぎた"

エレベーターが3つあって待つことなくすぐに乗れるのがとてもよかった。ホテルの駐車場がいっぱいだった時、提携の駐車場を割引有りで紹介してもらえて24時間停めれるのでチェックアウト後もそのまま停めて観光に行けたのがよかったです。

廊下にいる人の咳がとても聞こえてきて壁が薄く感じました。エアコンの設定が暖房と送風のみで冷房がなく、窓も開かないので暑くて困りました。
