Reservations that include 31 December must be prepaid. Your credit card will be debited with the full cost of the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The prepayment is not refundable. Central location to all things Edinburgh has to offer, excellent food and atmosphere, and friendly staff. We brought our 10 month old and the hotel was very accommodating by providing a cot.

Small room and no A/C in room during a heatwave, and the fan didn’t provide much relief. However, this is typical for the UK. Mini fridge was not cool enough to be able to store formula.

İlk girişte 10 dakika resepsiyon görevlisi bekledik . Bar kısmına gidip birini çağırdık gelen kişi resepsiyonist değildi. Bar kısmında çalışan biri acele şekilde gelip oda kartımızı verip özetle herşey ücretli deyip gitti. Oda çok tozluydu eşyalarımızı koyacağımız raflar silinmemişti. Çarşaflar lekeliydi.

"Good value and good location"

Easy location off Princes Street. About a 15 min walk to the Royal Mile and close to public transport. Amazing shower with great water pressure. Pour over coffee in the room was a nice surprise!

TV went out in the room, reported it to the front desk but never got fixed. We were so tired at night it didn't really matter. Breakfast service was pretty slow.

"Great location, comfortable and clean."

Great location for us accessible to the tram, downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and well set up, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Price was quite high with no breakfast.
