Sunrise Beach View

Easy to get the keys to access the property so we didn't have to stress about booking in a certain time. I could get hold of the owners very easily to ask questions. The property was neat and had a stunning view of the beach. The property was a nice size with a large balcony for entertaining.

It was clean, peaceful and all the facilities are well maintained as communication on the advertised site

What you see in the photos are complete lies, they must have been taken the first day they decorated the place, from the fact the lift doesn't work and hadn't since December and they did not bother to tell us. I have pulmonary hypertension, so I can't walk up and downstairs, so I only left the flat twice. The security gate was dirty and the front door was filfy and from then it just got worse, the kitchen was disgusting the pots were 20 years old or more there was insufficient cutlery every cupboard was dirty the fridge just kept your food cool and the freezer had one shelf. The microwave is a joke it is so small, the washing machine worked as long as you like just washing in cold water, the tumbledry gets hot, but it doesn't turn! There is no dishwasher, as shown in the pictures. On the patio are dirty white chairs, no gas braai! And only one seriously old tanning chair. The second one is broken in the garage. Plus, the glass is so dirty if you sit down, like you can't see the ocean through the dirty glass. The lounge doors glass is broken. There are zero lounge curtains, and the cushions on the couch are stained and dirty. The beds in the main room are super uncomfortable, and the white duvet covers are a yuckie yellow white colour. They supply zero soap as all dispenses are filled with water and are dirty. But I can say we got 2 toilet rolls in both bathrooms. From entering the flat to taking a tour, there are dirty walls, doors, windows, and floors. Stained cupboards. For the price of R1800 a night, I personally wouldn't have the gall to charge half of that. Please ask for current video tours before you book there.
